INVITATION OF BID FOR
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIOING (HVAC), FIFtE FIGHTING, ELEVATORS & DG SETS, TRASNFORMER, MV, LV, PANEL AND ALLIED ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR PESHAWAR HIGH COURT PESHAWAR Provincial Buildings Construction Division-1 (hereinafter referred to as (Employer) , C & W Department, Government of Khyber Palthtunithwa invites sealed Bids (Tecluncal and Price Bids) on "Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure" from eligible firms or persons for the following scope of works for Peshawar High Court, Peshavvar, Pakistan. A complete set of Bidding Documenth for each vvorks may be purchased from followthg address by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of non rethndable fee of Rs.5000 (five thousand only) hi the fonn of pay order /cash in the favor of Provincial Buildings Construction Division-I, Government of Khyber Palthtunkhwa (Additional Rs 1000 shall be added if the documents are request. by registered mail/Cour.). The applications shall be adthesssed to Bidding documenth must be purchased on or before 08.01.2014. The deadline for submission of filled Bidding Documents is 11.00 am on or before 15.01.2014. The bids will be opened on above date at 12:30 P.M in the presence of bidder's representative who wish to be present. Any further technical information /details in this connection may be collected from the GM)Head, Building Services Division NESPAK Lahore (Tel.#042-99232261-74) on any working day, Monday - Friday 8.00 SIR 4.00 pm. The prospective bidders are ree,ommended to visit Peshawar High Court Peshawar to familiarize themselves vvith the site/quantum of work. The prequalification thvited vide T/O No.02/T-1 dated 03.10.2013 published in Daily the Aaj, Khyber & The News International dailies are hereby cancelled due to incomplete documents/ informations as per clause-3 of the NIT & evolution done by the consultanth. The lowest evaluated bidder will have to register the fimi by depositing the prescribed fee during the currency of the project according to approved categories with the Department before the letter of acceptance and award of work. Pre-bid meeting will be held in office of the undersigned (if requested) at 11:00 AM on 10.01.2014. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
