The Procuring agency Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sanghar invites sealed bid from interested firms or persons meeting with eligibility criteria of SPPRA 2010. 2. The Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested eligible / bidder on submission of a written application to the office given below and upon payment of bid price / tender fee mentioned against each work frorn the date of publication of NIT up to 10-01-2014. 3. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security/Earnest Money in the amount mentioned against each work in the form Call Deposit from any scheduled Bank duly pledged in the name of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sanghar and must be delivered to this office on or before 10-01-2014. Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend, at the same address. 4. If the undersigned is Boost head quarter, the bid will be opened on next working day OR in case the tenders are cancelled /rejected or un-responded, the next date for issue and opening will be as under: 5.
