RE-TENDER NOTICE
Tender Nol 28-DSS Dated. 03-12-2013 Sealed Tenders are required from pre-qualified/non-qualified firms for the purchase/preparation of answer books for SSC and Intermediate Examinations, 2014. Last date of submission of bids is 23-12-2013 till 01.00 p.m. technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 01.30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Non-Qualified firms may get pre-qualification from the Board by depositing Its. 1000/- as registration / renewal of registration within seven days after the publication of tender notice.
2. 68 GSM flying or equal virgin pulp paper will be used for preparation of answer books. Sample of paper must be attached with technical proposal. Re-Cycled paper is not acceptable.
3. CDR @ 5% Of total value of the tender must be attached with the financial proposal.
4. The department reserves the rights under rules 33(i) to accept or reject any or all Tenders in accordance with PPRA rules without assigning any reason.
5. In case of any dispute the decision of the Chairman will be final and will be accepted for both parties.
6. The procurement will be made as per single stage 2 envelope procedure (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal) provided in PPRA rules. 7. Bids documents and their terms and conditions may be obtained from Store Section of the department on payment of Rs. 1000/. (Non Refundable) as Tender document fee. In case of the tender documents are required through post / courier, Rs. 200/- may be added as postal charges.
8. No document will be sold on the last date of receipt of bids. Also late tenders will neither be accepted nor entertained. 9. Tenders rates will be valid for the period of 90 days. 10.
