EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES The Assessment and Strengthening Program is a five year program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) which aims to widen and further strengthen the pool of potential USAID/Pakistan implementing partners and host govemment institutions faced with institutional capacity issues.
ASP-AiD invites Expression of Interest (E0I) from reputed Chartered Accountant and Management Consulting Firms to provide the following services toASP-AiD partner organizations in public sector and civil society. 1. Conduct organizational assessments to review organizational governance, financial management, procurement management, human resource management, monitoring and evaluation and information technology; 2. Develop/document policies and procedures in area of financial, procurement and human resource management, monitoring & evaluation and information technology. 3. Establish and strengthen internal audit function; 4. Provide trainings/coaching to the relevant staff of the organization in the area of financial, procurement and human resource management, monitoring & evaluation and information technology. 5. Develop and implement automated management systems such as ERP; 6. Conduct post capacity building validations to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the capacity building interventions. Interested firms should submit their EOls in triplicate in hard copies along with the following information in English language: Profile and experience of the firm in the above areas; List of similar assignments completed in Pakistan in the past five years; List of permanent professional staff with their CVs stating qualification and experience in similar assignments; A certifi.te/affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted or debarred by the Govemment, donor agencies and intemational development organizations; and Any other information to facilitate decision making. The EOls must be delivered to the address given below before 17:00 hrs on 3'd Jan, 2014. Incomplete EOls will not be entertained.
