Invitation for Bids Regarding Procurement of one thousand(1000) small hand driven walking tractors. Sealed Technical and Financial Bids are invited from eligible Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Deporirnent GoP/Gokl & K for the supply of 1000 Nos. Hand Driven Walking Tractors to the Agriculture Deptt which should reach in the office of the "Additional Chief Secretary ( General)/ Chairman, Central Purchase Committee ( CPC), Azad Govt. of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, New Civil Secretariat, Block# 02, Room # 140, Muzaffarabad" 61131-12-2013 at or before 1200 hrs. Which will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs. By the CPC in the presence of the representative of the firms who may wish to attend the subject meeting. Terms & Conditions: 1) Item wise rates inclusive of all taxes should be quoted on F.O.R Mirpur, Rawalakot and Muzaffarabad basis. 2) Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Director General Agriculture Mzd. Ph# 05822-920576 on or before 30-12-2013 during working hours on payment of Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) 3) Bids through telex/fax shall not be acceptable. 4) Udding documents will only be issued through authorized dealers/ representatives of the firms in Pakistan, holding authority letter from their Principal for obtaining the documents and participating in bids. 5) Single Stage; Two Envelope Procedure will be followed. Both financial & technical proposals along with brochures/technical data of the quoted Walking Tractors of different capacities and arrangement for after sale service should be provided in separate envelops. Only the technical proposals will be opened on the sale day and after evaluation, the financial offers of only those firms will be opened which shall be declared qualified by the Technical Committee fulfilling the eligibility criteria and other requisite conditions. Financial offers will be opened in the presence of the qualified firms. 6) Each Bid must be accompanied by 2% verified Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Director General, Agriculture, Mzd, otherwise, bids will not be entertained. 7) The validity of rates should remain for one year from the date of opening of bids. 8) It must be indicated in the offer that the quotation fully conforms to Technical Specifications and terms & conditions of the Tender Enquiry. 9) CPC has the right ot reject altos any of the proposals/ offers without assigning any reason. 10) All prevailing taxes levied in A.J.K will be applicable. 11) Company profile, experience, etc. May also be provided.
