Tender documents may be obtained during office hours from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs from Monday to Fnday from Procurement Branch Headquarters ASF Karachi at the cost of tender documents fee mentioned above for each item (Non- Refundable) to be deposited in Account Branch Headquarters ASF with written request on firm's letter head. 4. Last date of submission of tender is 07th Jart 2014 upto 1100 hours. 5. Tenders will be opened in Headquarters ASF at 1130 hrs on the same date i.e. 07th Jan, 2014 in the presence of tenders. 6. Tenders should be dropped in the tender box placed at Reception of Headquarters ASF Karachi. 7. All tenders must be accompanied by 3% earnest money (refundable) in favor of Headquarters ASF Karachi. 8. Incomplete, ambiguous and conditional tenders will not be accepted. 9. Tenders will be opened on next working day if the date of opening is declared as holiday. 10. Quantity of the items may be increased or decreased on offered accepted rates. 11. DG ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004. 12.Store(s) will be delivered within 30-90 days after signing of the contract with successful bidder. 13.
