TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from sales tax and income tax registered firms / suppliers the purchase of Printing of Pay slips (payslips, preprinted sizel 5"11,2000 sheets per box 63-70 gm, printed on century paper) for the computer center for the office of Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (PR-0080) for the financial year 2013-2014, along with call deposit of Rs. 100,000I-(One Hundred Thousand only). Successful bidder will furnish an amount of 5% of each purchase order as a performance guarantee.
Tenders / quotations must reach the under signed not later than 20 working days of the publication of notice inviting quotations up to 11:00 A.M. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same day at 12:00 Noon. However, if it is a gazetted holiday on the due date, the same should reach the office of undersigned on the next working day.
Details of the terms and conditions of tender can be collected from this office during office hours on any working day. Tenders shall be valid up to 30-06-2014 from the date of acceptance and firms / dealers will be required to submit a copy of CNIC and Federal Vendor Number along with tender documents.
