Noratel International (Pvt) Ltd, located in the Free Trade Zone Katunayake, is a company of the Scandinavian-based Noratcl Group, and is one of world leading companies in the manufacture of transformers and other inductive components. We started operations in Sri Lanka in 1989 under the name of Toroids International (Pvt) Ltd and opened our second company, Toroid Lanka (Pvt) Ltd in 1999. Our third factory opened in October 2006. Now we have 1300 employees and are looking for competent persons for the positions below :
TRAINEE PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS Qualifications/experience : G.C.E. A-level in Science subjects (including Physics). Proven leadership skills and fluency in English. Must be willing to work on shift basis, incl. Night-shift.
MACHINIST / ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN Qualifications/experience : Minimum G.C.E. (OIL) with Mathematics/ Science & skilled trade man's certificate.1-2 years experience in the relevant field is required. Must be willing to work on shift basis, incl. Night-shift.
DRIVER Qualifications/experience : Minimum G.C.E. (0/L) with Mathematics/ Science & English. Fluency in written & spoken English, Should have valid driving licence, Should have a motor bike &be willing to work late hours & holidays when necessary. Some working experience in a similar capacity is important. • Candidates living close to Katunayake preferred. This is an opportunity for those who are eager to work hard in a positive atmosphere.
