ADDENDUM TO INVITATION FOR BIDS
THE PUNJAB METROBUS AUTHORITY
Tender Name: Renting-out of Tuck Shops at Metrobus Stations in Lahore In pursuance to the advertisements printed in national dailies dated September 20, 21 and 22, 2013; a pre' bid meeting for the renting-out of tuck shops at Metrobus Stations in Lahore was held at 11:30 am. on September 30, 2013 at the office of The Punjab Metrobus Authority. Certain changes to the Request for Proposal (OFF) document were made in response to queries raised by the participants in the Pre-bid meeting. In this regard, an Addendum has been placed on the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Punjab Metrobus Authority along with the Minutes of the Pre-bid Meeting and the revised OFF document All prospective bidders are requested to download the above said documents, which supersede the previously issued RIP, and submit their bids accordingly. Note: 1. The proposals, having complete conformity with the revised RFP document. must be dropped in the Tender Box placed at the office of The Punjab Metrobus Authority soar before 11:30 am, on October 21. 2013.
2. The bids shall be publicly opened at 12 pan. on October 21, 2013 in the presence of designated representatives of bidders. 3. Bids which are incomplete, not sealed, unstamped, late or submitted in a mode/form other than that specified in the OFF documents shall not be considered. The Punjab Metrobus Authority reserves the right to cancel the tendering process or reject all bids without assigning any reason.
