EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (PRIVATE PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP)
The Punjab Forest Department manages number of forests parks in-cluding Changa Manga Park (Kasur), Jallo Forest Park (Lahore) and Lal Sohanra National Park (Bahawalpur). These parks are visited by millions of local and international tourists. In consideration to the interest of general public the department has decided to add to the existing facilities/ amusement through private investment. The in-terested firms/ companies/ individuals are requested to submit their proposals on BOT basis for period of 5 to 8 years. Apart from other proposals, the establishment of log huts, de-velopment of play land, electric gadgets, food courts, rehabilitation of forest motel (Changa Manga) and rehabilitation of swimming pool (Changa Manga) are among the proposed development projects through PPP. All the interested firms/ companies/ individuals are requested to submit their plan, company profile along with other related infor-mation at the following address by October 30, 2013. The Depart-ment reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
