NOTICE INVITING TENDER,
Sealed Tender based on item market rates schedule of the respective half are hereby invited for the following works by the undersigned from approved Contractors/ firms of Public Health Engg: Department, who have got their names enlisted! renewed and deposited requisite enlistment/renewal fee for the year 2013-14. The tender documents can be obtained from the Divisional Head Clerk on written request of firm on letter pad of company with original documents such as enlistment / Renewal letter, GR (Government receipt) in token of deposit of fee, original partnership deed of the firm! contractor, original NIC card of the proprietor! contractor of the firm, in case of authorized person his authority letter on stamp paper with his original NIC on payment of prescribed tender fee and on the production of 5% of Deposit at Call equal as earnest money in favour of Executive Engineer Public Health Engg; Division Sahiwal during office working hours. The tenders can be obtained from the date of publication of this advertisement upto 25.10.2013 within office hours. The tenders will be received on 28.10.2013 upto 02:00 P.M in this office situated at 878/D, Urdu Road, Farid Town, Sahiwal and will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of contractors or their authorized representative who may desire to be present at that time. The blank form can be purchased from the Head Clerk of this office at the non refundable cost mentioned against the work during normal office hour. No tender shall be sold on the date of receipt of tenders. No tender except those purchased as mentioned above, will be entertained / accepted. Tenders / bids received by post or through any other means shall not be accepted. The conditional, incomplete and over written tender / bids will be rejected. The undersigned has the right to accept any or reject all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
Note: - 1 In case the tenders are below 5% or more than MRS, additional performance security as per Govt. policy will have to be provided in shape of bank guaranty or deposit at call in the name of Executive Engineer Public Health Engg: Division Sahiwal from a scheduled bank situated in Distt: Sahiwal before the acceptance letter. 2. No tenders will be issued to the contractor whose progress of work in hand project is unsatisfactory or who have been declared as defaulter or black listed.
