Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad Campus invites sealed tenders on "Item basis" from reputed. experienced and PEC registered firms / companies for "Supply and Installation of Air-Conditioning / HVAC of Academic Block-III". 2. The dealers/ manufacturers having brands of Sanyo, York, Carrier, LG, Interklima, McQuay, Acson, Midea, Gree, Daikon/Daikool or equivalent are encouraged to apply. 3. The tender documents containing the details and specifications of the materials may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours at the cost of Rs. 1,500/- each non-refundable from October 08, 2013 to October 30, 2013. The bidders are requested to submit the bids in the form of "Single Stage Two Envelope" bidding procedure. 4. The tender completed in all respect should reach the office of the undersigned by 1100 hours on October 31, 2013. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. 5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 25, 2013 at 1030 hrs in the meeting room of Building Section, at CIIT Islamabad Campus, Chak Shahzad. No separate notice to this effect will be issued.
