TENDER NOTICE
1. Quotations are invited by Ordnance Depot, Gujran-wala Cantt., for purchase of Generator Sets for use by Pakistan Army. 2. Technical specifications and tender documents may be obtained during office hours from Ordnance Depot, Gu-jranwala Cantt. (LP Branch) on any working day except holiday after publishing of advertisement in print media on payment of Rs. 2000/- as Tender Fee. 3. Tenders will be received upto 1200 hours on October 28, 2013 and opened at 1300 hours on same day in Local Purchase Office in presence of bidders (who wish to at-tend) or their representative. 4. All those firms can participate who are already regis-tered with Ordnance Depot, Gujranwala Cantt./ DGP (Army)/ DGDP or willing to get themselves registered with Ordnance Depot, Gujranwala Cantt. 5. Quoted rates will be non-negotiable inclusive of all taxes and be valid upto June 30. 2014. 6. Rates will be on basis of FOR Ordnance Depot, Gu-jranwala Cantt. 7. Firm will forward technical and commercial offers of Generator Sets in separate sealed envelops. 8. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders which are incomplete/ substandard sample (not according to army specifications). 9. Conditional tender will not be accepted. 10.
