Applications arc invited from Pakistani/AJK Nationals (Medically Fit) from the fresh eligible applicantsdexisting faculty members through competitive procedure for both gender (male & female) in the selected specialized fields as given below:- (Read all the instructions carefully):-a. For Foreign Ph.D scholarships (02 Nos), Split Ph.D scholarships (04 Nos) and local Ph.D scholarships (02 Nos) under HEC approved Project titled "Strengthening of Labs and Faculty of Crop & Plant Sciences" at LUAWMS Uthal.

b. For Veterinary Sciences Foreign Ph.D scholarships (03 Nos), Foreign M.Sc scholarships (05 Nos) and local M.Sc scholarships (04 Nos) & for Water Resources Engineering Foreign Ph.D scholarships (03 Nos), Foreign M.Sc scholarships (05 Nos) and local M.Sc scholarships (04 Nos) under HEC approved Project titled "Development of Infrastructure" at LUAWMS Uthal. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:  a. For in sen ice (LUAWMS Faculty Members) minimum three year regular service, ACRs with an average of 70% for the last three years. Candidates falling in categories "Good" & above shall be eligible. . b. Candidates must have minimum 16 years of education in relevant discipline. 18 years education will be preferred. I he candidates who have passed their Matric. Intermediate. Graduation. Master. MS N1 Phil or equivalent degrees in consecutive period are eligible for apply. c. First Division or CGPA 2.5/4 and 3.5015 scores whichever is applicable in master, MS/M.Phil or equivalent degrees in rele.ant field. First division in the last degree of academic career. No Third Division or D-Grade in the entire academic career. d. Maximum age on closing date: a. 40 years for full time regular faculty members of public sector universities / colleges and employees of the public sector R&D organization. b. 35 years for all other candidates. How to apply and General Information:  a. The applicants who are presently employed should send their applications through proper channel. b. A Bank Dratl Postal Order for Rs. 2,000 - (Rupees Two I housand Only ) as processing lee (non-refundable) in favour of Project Director Lasbcla University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences Uthal be furnished with the application form which can be download from LUAWMS website www.luawms.edu.pk  c. Apply ing Eligible candidates must have cleared 'passed their GAT test as per HEC criteria. No applications will be accepted without valid GAT result. d. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a selection board and as per policy in vague at LUAWMS. c. Selected candidates will have to execute the agreement to serve at LUAWMS and to submit surety Bond before joining the program as per university rules. f. Candidates who are availing any other scholarship can not apply. g. If fresh applicants selected for awards are bound to come back to LUAWMS and to serve for minimum 5 years in LUAWMS. h. Scholarship will cover Tuition Fee as per actual requirement of host University, Stipend covering insurance, accommodation, living expenses etc., Economy Air ticket and book charges. i. Expensive countries shall not be preferred. The candidates having confirmed admission in Ph.D will be preferred. Applicants belonging to Balochistan Province are encouraged. LUAWMS reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason(s). j.
