1. Tender documents would only be issued to the Contractors who have deposited the registrationfrenewal fee fertile year 2013-14. 2. Tender documents can be obtained frorn the office of the Director PSC. on payment of prescribed fee during the office hours. 3. Tender rates should be filled in figures ss well as in words. 4, Conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money shall not be entertained. 6, Tender sell be issued up to 09-10-2013 whereas received on 11-10-2013 at 10:30 AM and opened on me same day at 1130 AM M the presence of parncipating contractor Or their representatives. The competent authority shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
