A reputed, multinational company invites applications from dynamic, qualified and result-oriented Sales and Distribution professionals for the following positions across Pakistan: Sales & Distribution Supervisors Location - All cities Position is primarily responsible for ensuring visibility and availability of products at the target locations.
Job Description Ensure activation of new outlets and development/ re-activation of existing ones. Ensure channel productivity, PJPs(Permanent Journey Plans), route, stock cover at Franchise and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) availability. Roll out new products at distributor and retail level. Train franchise and retail staff. Ensure achievement of monthly assigned secondary sales targets. Regularly monitor Sales and Distribution KPIs. Monitor Permanent and temporary Point of Sales material. Support below the line (BTL) activities in the assigned area.
Essential skills Be result oriented and self-motivated. Be able to work under tight deadlines. Have strong networking abilities and interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements Graduates / Masters or equivalent (with 1 to 2 years of experience of managing secondary sales preferably in an FMCG environment). Interested applicants are encouraged to visit and with their updated profiles by Sunday, 13th Oct 2013.
