Tertiary Education Support Project (P118779) Request for Expression of Interest For Selection of Individuals The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by the Higher Education Commission (NEC) has received credit (Cr. No: IDA Financing 488514887-PAK) from the International Development Association towards the cost of Tertiary Education Support Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for hiring services of qualified individuals in various specialized areas of the Project. The HOC now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested candidates must provide detailed CVs addressing qualification & experience requirements for the advertised position they are applying for.

Higher Education Commission Sector H-9, Islamabad, Pakistan Position Qualification Experience Programme Coordinator )1 Position) Preferably a PhD from an H EC recognized University lnstitute 12 years of progressive experience at senior level in dealing with development of institutions of Higher Learning. Experience in managing large foreign funded development projects especially in education sector would be an added advantage. Experience in facilitating professional and staff working together in accomplishing tasks/projects. Experience and expertise in writing, producing, and presenting high quality research and analytical reports, and project deliverables. Strong expertise and experience of interacting with senior level policy makers, employees. partner institutions, foreign donor agencies, and resource persons. Proficiency in using information technology tools will be required Programme Officer (Knowledge Exchange) [1 Position] Master's degree (at least 2' Division) from an NEC recognized University/ Institution preferably in Management, Business Administration or related discipline. 5 years working experience, at least two of which should be in a management and/or advisory role. Professional Project Management qualification would be preferred. Experience in the management/operation of international donor funded programmes. Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing and through presentations for both internal and external audiences.
